Mirion Technologies acquires Selmic

We are happy to announce that Selmic Oy has been acquired by Mirion Technologies, Inc. The acquisition includes all Selmic sites: Selmic Oy in Oulu, Selmic Baltic Oü in Tallinn and Selmic Systems in Turku.
Operationally Selmic will be positioned in Mirion’s Detection and Measurement Division.
This strategic acquisition will enable Mirion to reinforce its supply chain but also to expand into new technologies and new markets. Selmic technologies and experience are unique and will bring long lasting benefits to all of our customers and business partners.
Mirion Technologies, with its over 60 years of experience and wide product portfolio, will provide Selmic with financially and operationally solid environment in which to further enhance and strengthen business relationship with existing customers and suppliers.
